Handloom activist and Malkha trustee, Annapurna Mamidipudi (Ph.D., Science and Technology Studies, Maastricht University) shares the Malkha vision and process from Hyderabad, India. Sarah Anne Carter, Visiting Executive Director of the Center for Design and Material Culture, UW-Madison, introduces the Malkha | Madison project.

This hour is moderated by Yuhang Li, Associate Professor of Art History, UW-Madison. Dorothy Ko, craft historian at Columbia University, serves as discussant.
